Don’t know if they work or not! My girlfriend loves them, apparently I don’t snore as much anymore

These strips smell amazing. I got the regular, which are a little too big for my nose, so i know to order the small size next time.

Love these strips. I got size small and they fit perfectly on my small nose.

Straight away I noticed a difference. According to my wife, I snore less and sleep better.

Helped me fall asleep easier and wake up more refreshed due to smooth breathing. However, if nose is genuinely blocked even a bit, the effect is limited.

Bought these for my husband, he sleeps a lot better now with less waking up through the nights. In the morning he doesn’t have a dry throat anymore because he doesn’t have to sleep with his mouth open to breathe. From my stand point I can tell he hardly snores now and is a lot less restless through the night. Will definitely continue buying. Really easy to put on and they stick very well (I did try one myself)
