Nozey Subscription Policy

Effective Date: 20 February 2025

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchase options, including subscriptions, provided by Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd as trustee for Conscious Commerce Trust (ACN 684 009 210, ABN 49 212 890 255) trading under the brand “Nozey” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase or subscribing to our products, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Introduction

We offer various purchase options and subscription plans for our nasal strips, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions tailored to your needs.

3. Subscription Management

  • Creating a Subscription: Select the plan at checkout and complete payment.
  • Account Management: Update billing, shipping, and delivery frequency via your Nozey account.
  • Modifications & Cancellations: You can modify or cancel at any time. Changes must be made at least 7 days before the next shipment.

4. Billing & Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout (processed securely via third-party providers).
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew on the schedule you select. Your renewal date is based on your initial subscription date.
  • Failed Payments: We retry failed payments up to three times (7-day interval). If payment fails after the third attempt, the subscription is cancelled. A notification will be sent.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Frequency: Products ship according to your chosen plan.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • 1–2 packs: Shipped via AusPost letter (up to 6 business days, no tracking).
    • 3+ packs: Parcel with tracking (AusPost or Sendle).
  • Delivery Issues: Email us at hello@nozey.com.au for lost or delayed shipments.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: Subscription items follow our standard return policy. Products must be in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Processed under our standard refund policy; allow up to 14 days for the refund.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Introductory Offers: May be valid only for your first subscription term unless otherwise stated.
  • Changes to Promotions: We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

8. Subscription Termination by Nozey

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any subscription if we detect fraudulent activity, for non-payment, or for other reasons deemed necessary. Subscribers will be notified in such cases.

9. Changes to Subscription Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Subscribers will be notified of significant updates.
