It really works. Finally found something that both my husband and myself able to benefit from it in health.

They dont stay on for too long, even when you clean the area vigourously before hand.

I use the night strips: I really like them. I definitely breath much better using them and therefore sleep better. Unfortunately though, I still snore, but I'll keep using them.

Cheapest nose strips I could find when ordering the subscription. Work really well, only gripe is they are a touch too sticky and hard to peel off in morning. Has to be done with warm water

Was skeptical but these work a treat. My snoring has stopped and my wife is happy.

Along with GOAT mouth tape snoring has dramatically less intense and snoring less!

I like the strips. I don't notice I'm wearing them after a few minutes. My nose still gets blocked when I sleep but they usually help me breathe better when this happens.

Was sceptical at first, but took the plunge and am loving it. Feel like im getting deeper sleep plus the benifits more oxygen.

The strips are great and stay on all night…. As long as you wash your nose just before applying, like the video says. BTW use bar soap and not tap soap as anything with moisturiser in it won’t help :) Other than that, love creating better at night.
