Nozey Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd as trustee for Conscious Commerce Trust (ACN 684 009 210, ABN 49 212 890 255), trading under the brand “Nozey” (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles orders placed through nozey.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or if we encounter stock delays, processing may take longer. If significant delays occur, we’ll notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- 1–2 Pack Orders: Shipped via standard envelope mail (no tracking) unless a tracked or express service is selected.
- 3+ Pack Orders: Shipped via Australia Post or Sendle with tracking included.

*Delivery estimates are based on carrier guidelines and are not guaranteed. Express delivery depends on carrier network coverage and order cut-off times.
Important Notes:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
- Untracked mail is delivered directly to your mailbox and does not include tracking or insurance. By selecting an untracked option, you accept responsibility for any delays or loss once dispatched.
- Exact postage rates for paid options are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing.
3. International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking: Provided for all tracked shipments. You’ll receive a link or tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Proof of Dispatch: Once a postage confirmation or tracking scan is recorded, your order is considered fulfilled.
- Carrier Delays: We cannot issue refunds or replacements solely due to courier or postal delays outside our control.
- Lost or Missing Parcels: Refunds or replacements for lost tracked parcels will only be issued after confirmation from the carrier that the shipment is irretrievably lost.
- Untracked Orders: Refunds or replacements are not available for untracked orders once dispatched.
- Address Errors: If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery. Refunds are not issued for address errors.
- Claim Window: Delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for investigation.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you once your order has been handed to the carrier (Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent). We are not responsible for theft, delays, or loss occurring after dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and your mailbox or delivery area is secure.
