XGRIP Strips use a medical-grade adhesive that’s gentle on the skin. That said, if you’re new to nasal strips, there might be a 2-3 use adjustment period. We recommend doing a patch test first—apply a small strip to the inner part of your forearm and leave it for 24 hours to check for any reaction. Please refer to our caution statement for more details.
-
XGRIP Strips prioritise strong adhesion, using PE instead of non-woven fabric and a high viscosity glue. They are designed for active sleepers, oily skin, and warmer climates, making them ideal for both night and day use while still ensuring comfort and flexibility.

Absolutely! One of the most interesting insights over the last year is the growing number of reviews noting the use of our strips under CPAP masks as a great complementary product. They help maintain nasal patency and enhance CPAP effectiveness.

Nasal strips are great for reducing snoring caused by nasal congestion, often from allergies, colds, or deviated septum's. However, not all snoring is due to nasal congestion. We’re strong advocates for sleep apnea awareness, so if you suspect your snoring may be due to sleep apnea, please get tested and consult a medical professional.

Strips should never fall off—this is the honest truth. We’ve tested this on noses of every type, shape, and size. As long as the size is correct and the application instructions are followed, the strips should stay put. Follow these steps:
WASH: Clean your nose area thoroughly to remove oils and dirt for optimal adhesion. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
DRY: Ensure your nose is completely dry before application to help the strip grip better. A towel does the trick.
APPLY: Immediately after drying, apply the strip across the bridge of your nose and press down firmly for 10-15 seconds to secure. -
Yes! XGRIP Strips are perfect for both night and day use. However, we don’t recommend wearing them for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period to ensure your skin stays comfortable and healthy.

Nasal strips work by gently lifting the nostrils once affixed to the exterior of the nose. This action dilates the nasal passage, increasing airflow for easier and more efficient breathing through your nose. This can significantly reduce nasal congestion and improve breathing during sleep or physical activity.
