Worth the money! I can actually breathe through my nose so much better when doing my workouts now, and also at night when I tape my mouth. These nose strips work really nicely!
I did not realise how much I breathe through my mouth and due to that my nose used to almost always blocked. Using Nozey strips has been a life changer for me since it opens up my nasal cavity so I don't feel breathless if I force myself to breathe through the nose. I have ordered from them two times and use it every night.
Though sleep apnea is to be treated by specialised machines like CPAP but this Nozey strips will help in getting more air into your lungs through nose than before which is a big plus.
The lavender scent is pleasant and lasts throughout the night. I feel well rested after sleeping with these strips on.

I bought the night time strips to reduce snoring and although they haven’t completely stopped it, I breathe through my nose much easier at night and less through my mouth. Would definitely recommend!

The night nose strips are perfect for what i was after, the difference of breathing quality when you put them on is incredible and i wake up feeling very refreshed every morning. Very easy to put on and pull off as well.
My partner says when I wear them they are like putting a muffler on a car exhaust - the snore noise is still there but much quieter 🤣

I thought that these would be another product that I had been TikTok influenced & would be disappointed. How very wrong I was! The first night I put them on my husband I wasn’t disturbed by his snoring but he was the quietest I’ve heard him in years & kept checking he was still breathing!

These are fantastic and have made a huge difference to my quality of sleep, which has really suffered with chronic illness. I was amazed that just a strip could make such a difference!
I do find I can't wear them every night though, I think the stickiness irritates my skin and I get red marks, maybe a sensitive skin option with less sticky could be good!. But still most nights if the week are great! I tried the small and they didn't work out, was sent the regular and love them

They stop me snoring, a little to get used to- being able to breathe and all, but fabulous product!
They work great. When applied correctly you can feel your nose open up and allow the air to flow. Bonus to, now my wife is even sleeping better, because I don't snore any more.
I love the extra air/oxygen I can breath at night with these. The only problem I have is that they are painful to remove the next morning.
