There is a noticeable difference. Obviously isn’t a miracle cure for medical conditions like sleep apnea but definitely provides more comfort

I love the Lavender fragrance from the new Nosey's. The y helppme to re;ax in bed and also keep my breathing clear - although i still snore, my wife says it is not as often or bad. :). Definitely recommend them.

nozey helps me breath better at night and feel fresh all day

The nozey products are fantastic, I bought the lavender and the regular sleep ones and had a small hiccup with the order and I don't think I've had better customer service in my life - I won't buy nose strips anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Scent is too strong and artificial :( tape quality/ stick is great but this is off-putting, so I am relieved I ordered standard ones as well.

These strips will not stop snoring completely or make for perfect nose breathing but they will definitely improve nose breathing - and on top of that they are comfortable to wear and good cue for sleep so a good idea of you are trying to set up and routine especially with the lavender scent. (First night I found the lavender a little overwhelming but became accustomed to it by the second night )

I sleep better and snoring far less. Wife happy.
