At Nozey, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to put you, the customer, first and ensure that you can shop with confidence.
We are happy to offer returns or exchanges for any product that does not meet your expectations, including if you have received the wrong size. If you would like to return or exchange your product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to initiate the process.
In the case of our Nasal strips, we want you to be able to try the product and make sure it's right for you. That's why we allow you to use up to three strips before returning or exchanging the product. If you have used fewer than three strips and would like to return or exchange the product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
Please note that all returns must be in their original, unopened condition and include all packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and used.
