I bought a pack recently. I was a bit suspicious of how it would work for me, but it surprisingly works perfectly.
I use the strips in combination with mouth tape and it’s been a game changer to my sleep. Chronic mouth breather when sleeping, found I’d rip the tape off in my sleep to revert but since I’ve had the strips added I don’t. I also am a skincare girly and found even with my creamy moisturiser, they stay on all night as long as I apply the strip first then apply skincare. Easy to take off in the morning. Feel fresh when I wake up and will be purchasing for life!!!!
Great results with both the Night and Active strip. Increase air flow; feeling much better when waking up and going for a run.
I bought the bundle pack and overall each of the three types of strips delivers. The regular night strip is good, somewhat low-stick which means you really need to wash and dry before application, otherwise it probably won't stick all night. The X-grip is grippier and potentially my favourite. The active sports one delivers with extra pull, great for cardio. I use this one the least but it is useful for endurance sports.
I have tried nasal cones, but they hurt the inside of my nose. These are amazing. I can breathe so easily with them on. Also, the nasal cones are a bit embarrassing to put in while my husband is still awake. These are less obvious / crazy looking.
The strips are objectively really good. They fit perfectly on the nose and do what they are supposed to - helping breathe heaps better through the nose. The glue lasts all night so they don't come off.
However they are single use disposable. Each one comes with 4 pieces of waste that probably isn't biodegradable. So whilst they work they are also trashing the planet slightly :/. Basically the same package as a plaster, but you don't use a plaster everyday on a subscription.....
Reduced my snoring significantly, expected pain and/or residue left when removing strips. However this was not the case.
Bought these for my son who wakes each day congested and sneezing. After trying air purifiers and antihistamines with no results, these seem to have done the trick. Game changer!!!

Best purchase ever. My adult son started using them and said how much they opened up his nose and helped him breathe at night. Get some for Dad he said. I couldn’t believe it when my husband used these the first night ....No snoring !!! I will definitely continue to purchase them for my peace and his. Only recommendation is clean your skin first otherwise they don't stay on all night.
