WASH:Clean your nose area thoroughly to remove oils and dirt for optimal adhesion. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
DRY:Ensure your nose is completely dry before application to help the strip grip better. A towel does the trick.
APPLY:Immediately after drying, apply the strip across the bridge of your nose and press down firmly for 10-15 seconds to secure. -
