Bought the active strips and use them during runs….i haven’t stopped telling people about them because they have definitely improved my breathing. I’ve used them consistently to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and yesterday I forgot to put a strip on before a quick 5km run - noticed the difference immediately! I’ll be buying more for sure

Don't necessarily expect that "breathing in 4D" claim that other manufacturers might process. What you get is a product that does what it says, with minimal fuss and fantastic ease of use. I have only used the active pro strips so far and usually of a night time but they definitely work in preventing snoring after a big night out, so they are already a hit in this household.

I have suffered nasal issues my entire life, always stuffiness, particularly at night and also the subsequent problems of mouth breathing while asleep. I was sceptical about nasal strips so searched for the most affordable, bearing in mind that “if” they worked, could I afford them on an ongoing basis ?
I was also attracted to this brand because unlike many they did not start their promotion by putting other brands down but instead relied on the evidence of their own product.
The results were immediate, clear easy breathing. My sleep quality has improved greatly and no more dry mouth and no more tossing and turning due to one side or the other becoming stuffy. I am so impressed.
I have tried all types offered in a variety pack and the regular sleep type works fine for my purpose even staying put for 2 nights on one occasion when I simply left the strip on all day. The lavender scented strips are also very nice, not overpowering at all.

Works really well

So I've always been a mouth breather, and until recently I didn't realise that was a bad thing. I tried teaching myself to breathe out my nose but I always felt like I wasn't getting quite enough air. Bought the Nozey night strips and thought i'd give them a go. Immediately after putting them on before bed, I can breathe so easily and get a full breath through my nose. All night until I woke up in the morning I slept and breathed through my nose. Incredible

These are great for stopping a stuffy nose at night

My nose is such that if I ever have to rely on using one nostril for wherever reason, I'd be stuffed. These strips are amazing at opening them up at night time, allowing me to sleep better.
I did try ones that claim to be the greatest but these are superior for both staying on through the night and in value for money.

I come across these on the socials, and they looked too good to be true. I snore bad, which makes me feel crap the next day and my poor wife gets a bad nights sleep as well. Since i've used the x-grips, i feel more energized, and the wife is happier too!

I bought a pack recently to trial out for my marathon training. They have been surprisingly good. I don’t suffer from a blocked nose but was curious to see if they make a difference to my breathing. Controlled breathing through the nose is definitely made easier wearing these. I sweat a lot and have not had any issues with them loosening. The key is to give your nose a quick wash with soap and water. Dry off before applying the nose strip.

I broke my nose as a child and have only been able to breathe through one nostril ever since. These strips work perfectly to open my nasal airways and I sleep much better and I no longer wake with a dry mouth. I use the small size and find them very comfortable and they stick all night - I sometimes have a little trouble removing them! Cheaper than other brands too.

I have a badly deviated septum. These are the only strips that work for me thanks to the extra width and rigidity. I'm using these instead of the night strips. If you find that the night strips aren't really creating enough lift and helping airflow then I would recommend trying these instead.

Brought these nose packs for my son. He does alot of sports & seems to not feel like he breathes the best even while sleeping. Tried these & he loves them!!! Instantly felt the difference when he first tried them on.
