The full setup: strip + tape

Open the nose first, then keep the mouth closed. Tape only makes sense once air has somewhere to go, never tape while congested, unwell or after drinking.

Apply your nasal strip to clean, dry skin to help open the nasal passages.

Take a few easy breaths through your nose. If it feels clear, you're good to tape; if it's blocked, skip tape tonight.

Place a small piece of tape across the centre of your closed lips, a centre seal does the job, full coverage isn't needed.

Skip the lip balm with Classic tape; Collagen is gentler if firmer tape is too much.

In the morning, peel the tape slowly from one corner, then remove the strip slowly after warm water.

Stop using either if irritation occurs, and never tape if you suspect sleep apnoea.
