Good once I read the instructions

First one peeled off by 2am. Turns out moisturiser is the enemy. Washed my nose properly the next night and it stayed put till morning. Wish I'd read the box first.

Was worried it'd smell like a candle shop. It doesn't, it's faint and actually quite nice as part of winding down. Same hold as the classic ones I had before.

Small size actually fits

Regular was too wide for my nose. The pack came with small samples so I tried one, swapped the pack for free. The small fits properly. Sorted it, saved me an argument.

Survives a face-in-pillow sleeper

I sleep on my face and every other strip I've tried peeled by 2am. These stay on. That's the whole review really.

Oily skin finally beaten

My skin defeats normal adhesive by midnight. XGrip is the first one that's still on when the alarm goes. Removal tugs a bit, so go slow.

Wear them for every run now

Took them on a 14k in January humidity and it didn't move. Breathing through my nose the whole way felt noticeably easier than mouth-gasping.

Great in the gym, too rigid for sleep

Bought Active for everything. Brilliant for training, but it's too structured to sleep in comfortably, my fault for not reading. Night Strips for bed, these for the gym.

Pink Pro on work calls

It looks intentional rather than like a band-aid, which is why I went Pro. Wear it on camera without thinking about it now. Beige one for the office, pink when I feel like it.

The refined one

Had Night Strips for a year, tried Pro out of curiosity. Softer than XGrip, grippier than Night, and the shape sits cleaner on the face. It's just the better strip.

Strip + tape together is the setup

Mouth tape on its own felt weird until I paired it with a strip. Now I wake up without the desert mouth and my jaw isn't hanging open in photos my partner takes for evidence.

Collagen one is much softer

The black tape felt industrial on me. The white collagen one is smoother going on and coming off, barely feel it. Took a couple of nights to stop being aware of it.
