These terms apply when you use nozey.com.au or buy from Nozey. They sit alongside your rights under Australian law.
Who operates this site
Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd operates nozey.com.au under the Nozey brand. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Prices and payment
Products are sold in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where applicable. We may update prices, product availability and offers from time to time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers.
Orders
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, an address cannot be serviced, payment fails, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
Product use
Nozey nasal strips and mouth tape are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. If you have a medical condition, suspected sleep apnoea, breathing difficulty, severe congestion, skin sensitivity, or any concern about whether a product is suitable for you, speak with a qualified health professional before use.
Mouth tape should only be used when your nose is clear enough to breathe comfortably. Do not use mouth tape if you are congested, unwell, intoxicated, nauseous, unable to remove it yourself, or if a health professional has advised against it.

- 25% off eligible one-time retail products at nozey.com.au, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
- Verified StripClub members receive 35% off eligible products. Join free or sign in using the email connected to your membership; the higher rate is applied automatically once membership is verified.
- The offer applies regardless of payment method. Afterpay remains an optional payment method and is not required to receive the discount.
- Discounts are off the standard list price and do not stack with other product or order discounts. Subscriptions, wholesale orders, Amazon purchases, gift cards and shipping charges are excluded.
- Offer ends Sunday 16 August 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST and is available while stocks last.
- Joining includes Nozey email marketing. If you also provide a mobile number, you consent to SMS marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Shipping, returns and consumer guarantees
Shipping, tracking, returns, size swaps and the 30-night trial are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that apply automatically and cannot be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Nozey name, site content, product photography, copy, graphics and brand assets belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
Accounts and StripClub
If you create a Nozey or StripClub account, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for activity under your account. Rewards, games, referrals and member offers may change as the program develops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
