These terms apply when you use nozey.com.au or buy from Nozey. They sit alongside your rights under Australian law.
Who operates this site
Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd operates nozey.com.au under the Nozey brand. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Prices and payment
Products are sold in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where applicable. We may update prices, product availability and offers from time to time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers.
Orders
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, an address cannot be serviced, payment fails, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
Product use
Nozey nasal strips and mouth tape are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. If you have a medical condition, suspected sleep apnoea, breathing difficulty, severe congestion, skin sensitivity, or any concern about whether a product is suitable for you, speak with a qualified health professional before use.
Mouth tape should only be used when your nose is clear enough to breathe comfortably. Do not use mouth tape if you are congested, unwell, intoxicated, nauseous, unable to remove it yourself, or if a health professional has advised against it.
EOFY Sale terms

- Discounts are off the standard list price and apply at checkout. One code per order. Discounts do not stack with each other or with other offers unless we say otherwise.

Shipping, returns and consumer guarantees
Shipping, tracking, returns, size swaps and the 30-night trial are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that apply automatically and cannot be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Nozey name, site content, product photography, copy, graphics and brand assets belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
Accounts and StripClub
If you create a Nozey or StripClub account, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for activity under your account. Rewards, games, referrals and member offers may change as the program develops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
