Privacy Policy
Nozey is run by Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how you can ask us to access or correct it.
Conscious Commerce Pty Ltd ("Nozey", "we", "us") handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us. This policy applies when you use nozey.com.au, buy from us, join StripClub, contact support, submit a review, enter a promotion or interact with our marketing.
What we collect
- Contact details, including name, email, phone number, shipping address and billing address.
- Order details, including products bought, order value, fulfilment status, returns, refunds and support history.
- Account and StripClub details, including membership status, preferences, referral links, rewards activity and subscription settings where available.
- Review, quiz, support and form responses you choose to submit.
- Technical and usage data, including device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the site.
- Marketing consent and engagement, including email/SMS sign-up source, opens, clicks and unsubscribe status.
Payment card details are entered at checkout and handled directly by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To process payments, pack orders, dispatch products and handle delivery issues.
- To provide customer support, returns, refunds, size swaps and troubleshooting.
- To run StripClub features such as member pricing, referrals, reorders, rewards and subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates and account notices.
- To send marketing email or SMS where you have opted in, and to honour unsubscribes.
- To improve the site, products, help content, advertising and customer experience.
- To detect fraud, protect the site and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and ads
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember preferences, understand site performance, measure ads and show relevant offers. This can include Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok and Klaviyo technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some checkout or account features may not work properly without essential cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run Nozey, including:
- Shopify, our e-commerce, checkout, customer account and order platform.
- Payment providers, including card processors, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and similar checkout options.
- Shipping and fulfilment providers, to dispatch and deliver orders.
- Klaviyo, for email and SMS marketing and related customer messaging.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok, for analytics, measurement and advertising.
- Judge.me, for product review collection and display.
- Support, hosting, security and operations tools that help us run the site and answer customers.
Some providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate.
Email and SMS marketing
If you join StripClub, enter your details for an offer, or otherwise opt in, we may send Nozey marketing by email or SMS. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any marketing email, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Transactional messages about orders, delivery, accounts or service issues may still be sent when needed.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete information where we no longer need it, subject to legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and operational record-keeping requirements.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet service is completely risk-free, so we keep access limited to people and providers who need it and retain information only as long as reasonably required for the purposes above, including business, legal, tax and support records.
Children
Nozey is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review it.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints, use the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
