Keep whichever feels right
That's your size. Some people even switch between the two depending on the night, and that's completely fine.
Regular
The wider strip. If it sits flat and the ends grip the sidewalls of your nose, it's yours.
Small
The narrower strip. If a Regular's ends curl up onto your cheeks or feel like they're pulling, drop to Small.
