Strip or tape, which do I start with?

Open the nose first, tape only makes sense when air has somewhere to go. If your nose feels blocked at night, start with a strip. If your nose is clear but your mouth falls open, start with tape. Most people end up on both.

Classic vs Lavender vs Eucalyptus?

Same Night Strip, different finish. Classic is unscented. Lavender is the softer wind-down cue. Eucalyptus is the fresher one. Pick on preference, the strip underneath is identical.

How do I apply a nasal strip?

Wash and fully dry the bridge of your nose, no moisturiser, sunscreen, oil or sweat. Peel the backing, place the strip across the bridge and sidewalls, then press firmly for 10 seconds. Apply about 10 minutes before bed. Apply to clean, dry skin. Do not apply over irritated or broken skin. Remove slowly. Stop using if irritation persists.

How do I apply mouth tape?

Lips clean and dry (skip the lip balm for Classic, Collagen doesn't need it). Place the tape across closed lips and smooth it on. You don't need full coverage, a centre seal does the job. Only use mouth tape when nasal breathing feels clear. Do not use while congested, unwell, after drinking, or if you suspect sleep apnoea. Remove slowly and stop using it if irritation occurs.

How long does a strip last? Can I reuse one?

Slowly, from one end, ideally after a warm shower or with warm water on the bridge. Any redness settles fast. Never rip it like a band-aid.

Most lift issues come from skin prep, not the strip. Oil, moisturiser, sweat and damp skin beat adhesive quickly. Clean and fully dry the skin first, no moisturiser, sunscreen, oil or sweat. Press the strip firmly for 10 seconds. Remove slowly. If your skin runs oily, you're in a warm room, or you sleep restless, that's the XGrip lane.

One side keeps lifting

Usually placement: the strip is sitting too high or too low to grip the sidewall. Centre it across the widest part of the bridge so both ends sit flat, then press each end for the full 10 seconds.

Stop using it and let the skin settle. Sensitive skin generally does better on the softer options, Night Strips or Collagen tape. If a reaction sticks around, send the support form and we'll sort the right refund path.

Use a smaller piece across the centre of the lips, a gentle seal, not a lockdown. And never tape when you're congested: open the nose with a strip first, or skip tape that night.

Snoring has a lot of causes; strips work on one of them, the shape of your nasal airway. By helping open the nose they support easier nasal breathing, and plenty of people find their nights get quieter, but we don't promise snoring outcomes, everyone's different. I think I have a deviated septum, will a strip fix it?

A strip won't change your anatomy, it gently lifts the soft sidewalls of your nose, so it can't correct a deviated septum. Some people with a mild deviation still find it helps them breathe a little easier, but if it's significant, that's a conversation for your GP or an ENT.

Neither over the other, the strip needs bare, dry skin. Do your skincare, then leave the bridge of your nose clean and oil-free for the strip. Moisturiser or serum under a strip is the fastest way to make it lift.

Yes, just keep the bridge itself bare where the strip sits, makeup, like moisturiser, stops adhesive gripping. Apply the strip to clean skin and work your makeup around it.

Two usual causes: skin that wasn't fully dry, or placement too high or low so the ends don't meet the sidewall. Re-wash, dry completely, centre it on the widest part of the bridge, and press each end for the full 10 seconds.
