Shipping & Returns

The short version: we dispatch from Sydney, keep shipping simple, give you 30 nights to try it, and do not mess with your consumer guarantee rights.

Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday, usually dispatch the same business day from Sydney.
  • Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on NSW public holidays dispatch the next business day.
  • Free standard shipping applies on orders over $25.
  • Free express shipping applies on orders over $50.
  • Standard delivery is usually 2 to 6 business days Australia-wide.
  • Express delivery is usually 1 to 3 business days to metro areas, with regional areas sometimes taking longer.

Tracking

  • Small standard orders may ship as flat letter mail to keep shipping free and fast. Those orders usually do not include tracking.
  • Express orders and larger parcels ship tracked, and the tracking link is emailed once the order leaves us.
  • If a standard letter order has not arrived after 6 business days, send the support form with your order number and we will help sort it.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the mailbox, parcel locker, reception, neighbours and local post office first, then contact us.

30-night trial

  • Try Nozey for up to 30 nights from delivery. If it is not for you, send the support form within that window.
  • You do not need to send back a part-used pack unless we specifically ask for it.
  • Refunds are reviewed case by case and, once approved, processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping fees paid for express upgrades are generally not refunded for change-of-mind returns, unless required by law.

Size swaps

  • Sized strip packs include 2 samples of the opposite size so you can test the fit before overthinking it.
  • If the pack you bought is clearly the wrong size, send the support form and we will arrange a free size swap.
  • For best help, include your order number, the size you bought, and what is going wrong with the fit.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

  • If something arrives damaged, faulty, missing or different from what you ordered, send the support form with your order number and photos where useful.
  • Depending on the issue, we may replace, refund or otherwise remedy it.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded by us.
