I got put onto Nozey by my sister.
The first night I tried them, was the first time I felt like I could breathe out of my nose.

Have been using Nozey night strips for the past couple of months now to primarily help with my breathing at night which in turn helps with my snoring, the difference between having them on and not is night and day, I’m waking up refreshed and so is my fiancé. I’ve been so impressed I’ve now got a monthly subscription to keep me stocked up. Can’t recommend Nozey enough 👍
I used the strips for a couple of weeks and even with moisturiser on, they stuck very well, but I do have dry skin. They did increase my ability to breathe better, but only a little bit.
Strips usually stay on during the night but by morning at least one side has started to peel and do not have enough adhesion to stay on for the morning run. Yet to try using one fresh for a run but I imagine it would stay on ok. When on it works great, really look forward to putting on at night to breathe effortlessly through the nose.
I've been using Nozey nasal strips for a few weeks now, and they've made a huge difference in my sleep quality. I can finally breathe easily through the night without feeling congested or waking up frequently.
The strips are comfortable, stay on securely, and don't irritate my skin. It's a simple solution that works, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with nasal congestion while sleeping!

Honestly love these, it was life changing wearing one for the first time and being able to breath so easily!
Nozey strips are the best I have use but I have one complaint - opening the packaging is almost impossible. I have to use scissors to get to the strip instead of just peeling the packaging apart. Once you get there, they are worth it.
Ive been using them regularly but Im not sure im consistent on the position on my nose so its been a bit intermittent in how effective they have been with my breathing

Due to allergies that block my sinuses, and a deviated septum I have started snoring a lot, and snorting that was waking me up multiple times a night. First night using Nozey I could breathe better straight away and when laying down I could still breathe clearly. I have not been snoring since I started using Nozey strips. I only feel the strip for a few minutes upon application. Sometimes the end lifts on one side during the night but it still works enough to breathe easier. I’m sleeping a lot better now thanks to Nozey.
The XGrip Strips do stick better than the normal strips but are difficult to put on especially if you wear glasses (multifocals). You have to take your glasses off to put the strip on and because the strips are transparent they are very hard to see and position correctly.

I was sceptical at first as to whether these would do much. I track my sleep with a smartwatch that includes an SpO2 sensor and over the 3 weeks I've been using these strips, there's been a stark drop in breathing interruptions. They don't solve all of my breathing problems, but they go a long way, they're affordable, comfortable, and they don't come off in the night.
