Make a strip survive a workout

The everyday strips aren't built for heavy sweat. Active is, here's how to get it to hold through a hard session.

Use Active Strips for training, they have the structure and adhesive built for sweat and movement.

Towel the bridge of your nose completely dry before you apply, even a little sweat beats adhesive.

Centre it across the widest part of the bridge and press each end firmly for the full 10 seconds.

Apply before you warm up, not mid-session once you're already damp.

One strip per session, single-use. Peel slowly afterwards with a little warm water.

Apply to clean, dry skin. Do not apply over irritated or broken skin. Remove slowly. Stop using if irritation persists.
