Find your size
Night Strips and XGrip come in Small and Regular. Nose size doesn't reliably predict strip size, so every pack ships both: your chosen size plus two free samples of the other. You try, you keep what fits.

Don't try to eyeball it from your nose. It's a poor predictor, even big noses sometimes prefer Small.

Wear your chosen size one night, then a sample of the other size the next.

Keep whichever sits flat with the ends gripping the sidewalls, not curling up onto your cheeks.
